This is a very personal experience I had, and it may not reflect everyone's stay. Unfortunately, our time at this hotel was quite disappointing. We had come for a three-day getaway to relax in a quiet, remote area, but sadly, the staff did not assist us when a large school group was placed right next to us. There were plenty of empty rooms, but they wouldn't move us. As a result, we had to endure three days of loud kids playing in the hallway and rooms, and it really disrupted our sleep and peace. I just wanted to share this personal experience, even though it might be rare, because I think others should know.
