"I would never return to this property."

There was no one to check us in. Sign at counter said they were helping another customer. My wife heard them chatting in the laundry room. They were there for over 15 minutes. I also called the inn but no one answered the phone. By the time they returned other customers were in line also. No apology. She was the assistant manager.

Our car broke down heading back to NY with my family of 4 by this hotel and although the hotel is under major renovation, the staff were so accommodating and kind. The included breakfast was a hit considering we didnโ€™t have transportation. This hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and chains as well as a small waterpark 1 mile away. Thankyou for making our experience enjoyable considering the terrible circumstances we had to deal with .
