Was in room 300 and at 7:00ish noise above was very loud for
CAHousekeeping unavailable most of the day. A policy that they don't mention of only cleaning the room after your SECOND night, and most disgustingly, and definitely against health codes, there was human feces in the swimming pool. Now you may say, hey, accidents happen. However, we went in the pool and discovered the feces AFTER 9pm. After talking to the front desk clerk, we found out that they had been told about the human feces in the pool at 730pm, and a full 2 hours later had done absolutely NOTHING about it, including leaving the pool open for others (like our entire ringette team) to go swimming in the feces water until one of us noticed the smeared feces at top of the slide.

Le manque d'implication du personnel dans la sécurité à la piscine. Il y avait des comportements néfastes qui se passaient. Nous avons demandé de l'aide, sans solution. Avant d'écrire cet avis, j'ai aussi contacté l'établissement et la réponse était certainement pas convaincante d'être prise en charge.
CAThe hotel was a in a central location, it was easy check in. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy and it included a hot breakfast. Staff was friendly as well.
We were hoping to get all 3 of our rooms together, but 2 of us were together out of 3. The one room had dirty bedding on the pull out couch and staff did not have access to clean bedding, and other room was supposed to have a sofabed but didn't so staff had to find a cot to bring in. It was nice to have a pool & hot tub but pool was small & hard to be with little ones in there with all the big kids coming down the slide & splashing water everywhere.
