la pintan como si fuera muy buena, y cero en realidad el servicio es pésimo nunca hicieron el servicio de limpieza e la habitación, el personal siempre tenia cara de estar enojado y con mala atención, en realidad nada de lo que colocan aqui es cierto con este sitio.

La propiedad es buena, está en el centro de Xalapa. Yo utilicé el cargador de autos Tesla y funcionó peefectamente. Es una ventaja y plus para los que tenemos autos electricos.

Falta iluminación, falta estacionamiento con respecto a núm de cuartos. Revisar su política de check in, se puede mejorar con la finalidad de darle al cliente movilidad sin maletas a partir delas 13: horas.

Hacen publicidad engañosa; nada es como las fotos. Un hotel es para descansar y lo primero que pasó cuándo llegamos el elevador no servía, me mandaron 4 piso, subí con maletas y al llegar al cuarto la llave no habría. Baje a que la programaran; el aparato no servía, para bajo con maletas. El estacionamiento insuficiente; siempre tuve que esperar. Las habitaciones pequeñitas y viejas; el baño pequeño y por lo viejo se veía sucio. El bufete, había un mesero en la puerta como policía y si no pagabas al entrar, no te permitía el paso; y la comida muy limitada, el jugo con mucha agua…, una terrible experiencia.
