Had a wonderful time at the Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. All the staff at the resort are amazing. A special thank you to Awatef (عواطف) at reception. She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had a great time at the Royal Tulip. She made the holiday extra special and we would definitely stay here again, thanks to her kindness and hospitality. The resort has many facilities the rooms are clean and a good variety of food ranging from Tunisia, Mediterranean and European cuisine. The animation (entertainment) team are amazing, with afternoon/evening music and dancing.

Un séjour exceptionnel, un service irréprochable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et nous nous sommes sentis chouchoutés du début à la fin (du check-in au check-out). Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Anas à la réception pour son professionnalisme, ainsi que la gouvernante qui s'est montrée d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d'obtenir un surclassement de nos chambres en suite, ainsi qu'un late check-out (départ tardif), ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un large choix et de superbes spécialités tunisiennes. Enfin, nous avons été très touchés par la délicate attention au moment du départ : un petit cadeau souvenir comprenant de succulentes gourmandises tunisiennes et un tote bag de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
