Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Rabeb à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et la qualité de son accueil. Un grand merci également à son collègue Anéss, toujours disponible et attentionné. Je souhaite aussi souligner l’excellent travail de Bilel au bar de la plage. Son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur . Par ailleurs, la chambre était exceptionnelle : spacieuse, confortable, parfaitement entretenue et très agréable. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est magnifique, très bien entretenu et offre un cadre idéal pour passer un excellent séjour. Félicitations à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son sens de l’accueil. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette expérience et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un service exceptionnel Ma maman de 76 ans avait des pb avec la hauteur des toilettes en raison d un pb de prothèse ils ont été réactifs et sont allés acheter un réhausseur en pharmacie Nous avons été surclassé un personnel a la thalasso aux petits soins et mention spéciale à l accueil pour Rajeb Nous reviendrons
