Hotel Venice Resort Airport

l had a fall outside Marco Polo Airport on arrival managed to smash my face. as the transit car for this resort had come to collect me. the wonderful person ( sorry l have forgotten Your name) helped pick me up blood all down me and stayed with me through out this ordeal while the First Aid section in the airport dressed wounds organised an ambulance. He took care of my luggage. He took care of me . the resort were waiting for me when much later l arrived at 9pm and next morning so wonderful this Resort and their staff l wish to thank so much. l am 83years and travel on my own on a regular basis Grazie Lorraine Hopper

The staff was friendly, although we had a few problems. The location was excellent.

When we arrived, the AC was on, and the room was freezing. We tried to switch it off, and it didn't work. When we complained to the staff, the woman just said she can't do anything because in the summer season, AC is the default setting. We were really cold that night. The property did not meet our expectations because it looked much better at the photos than it did in real life. Breakfast could start earlier because it's an airport hotel where people stay because of early mornings.

We were not informed that we would be dropped in a remote area of the airport that required walking 20 minutes with my 85 year old mother that uses a walker. It was so remote and scary and we had no idea where we were going. The driver was extremely rude and didn’t care about my elderly mother. rude

Très bien pour une nuit très proche de l’aéroport. Charmant bâtiment !

Le prix de la navette aéroport est un peu élevé compte tenu de la courte distance.
