Best Western Wesley Chapel

It would not be my pick for several days or a week but for a good night's rest in a clean bed it was great. The front desk lady was friendly and the dining room lady was exceptional. It was away from the mainstream of hotels but the price was reasonable, shopping nearby, and a nice walking area near the hotel.

Clean rooms with easy access to restaurants nearby. Their breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast.

The bathtubs need to be updated.

The location was great. Easy driving distance to USF and relatives. The breakfast was very good and Lisa was very friendly and helpful. The service for towels and linens was adequate.

We asked for a handicap room when booking but when we got there was no roll in shower. A shower chair was not available and my husband could not take a shower. The handle on the toilet fell off and the bath tub was not cleaned after I took a bath. The shower head did not work right until someone came up and adjusted it. There were stains on the sheets and the pillowcase was tattered. We run a bed and breakfast at home in Maine and are verry particular about what we expect when we stay in a hotel.

Breakfast was serviceable. My room was very clean and bed/mattress was also very comfortable.

Room temperature was totally uncomfortable, very muggy and warm, even after adjusting thermostat. Bathroom lighting was dark and dim with no available nightlight. Front desk staff were unprofessional, curt, eating at desk during check-in and were not forthcoming with hotel information such as WiFi access/code, breakfast times, etc.
