It was convenient to the highway as we were passing. Breakfast was good as well.

The pillows smelled like they weren't changed. You could hear people in the other rooms..

"The hotel was great very clean. Just the customer service was not good."

The location was great and it was close to many other things

When I told the front desk clerk that the water would just barely trickle out of our showerhead and the bathroom fan didn’t work she just said ok and went back to reading her book very poor customer service

"I would not recommend to friends and family"

I liked the location

The night staff was extremely rude. I arrived at 11:48pm and they informed me I should be in bed sleeping that it was too late to be out. I thought this was a joke but another staff member started laughing. Very rude and by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I definitely won’t be back.
