Le personnel est très sympa. Pas à la hauteur du service d'un 4*, mais souriant. Les massages étaient super. L'hôtel est bien situé et la mer est belle.

Rien n'est inclus dans le prix. Vous ne payez que la chambre et éventuellement le petit déjeuner (vraiment pas foufou au passage). Tout le reste est payant. Parking évidemment, mais surtout l'accès à la piscine et au spa, tous deux minuscules, ne se fait que sur réservation et en mettant la main au porte-monnaie. Pareil pour la plage de l'hôtel, payant également. Par ailleurs, les photos sur Booking et le site web sont au mieux particulièrement flatteuses, au pire carrément trompeuses. Les chambres sont vétustes, la déco est affreuse, les salles de bains d'un autre âge, tout comme le mobilier. Aucun soin apporté à l'ambiance dans la chambre et la déco des couloirs franchement en dessous de tout. Je ne vous parle même pas de tout ce qui est éclairage, un rivival de l'URSS dans les années 90. Comble du pompon sur la cerise: le frigo du mini bar est vide et fait un boucan pas possible. Nous étions pourtant dans une des chambres les plus chères.

Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse, mit eigenen Strand, erwarte ich das dieser Inklusive.. werden nie wieder kommen. So etwas auf der ganzen Welt noch nicht erlebt

L’emplacement

Le Personnel surtout de la réception ! Une horreur ! Menteuse et impertinente !! Horrible jamais vu ça de toute ma vie !!! En plus ils facturent 15€ l’accès à la piscine même aux clients de l’hôtel alors que c’est écrit gratuit sur le mur! Il a fallu batailler pour annuler
