The view from our balcony was great. Room was clean. Rooftop pool quiet.

From moment of check in we knew it was a disaster...had to queue to check in for nearly an hour and not because of a lot of people. There were 2 people in front of us and then a man wanting to book something seperate from the hotel. Poor lady on checkout was doing everything on her own while a man that can only be described as obnoxious just sauntered around the reception area doing nothing. I asked to use the loo while we waiting which you need a key for...when I returned it to him I was told where to go and put it rather than him just taking it from me. There was about 5 people working the bar when no one was waiting for the bar. She really needed some help and you could tell she was frustrated.Our room was average...not like the photos and hotel definitely needs some work to it. Our balcony was good and had a great sea view. The main issue with our stay was our room keys...we couldn't get into our room with them and had to keep asking reception at all times of day and night to sort it. They kept giving new cards but issue was with the door panel where you swipe the card...it needed new batteries. They eventually sorted them on our last day. The breakfast was very little choice and didn't look appetising. We didn't bother with breakfast any of the days. The rooftop pool could do with a bit of a tidy up. Wouldn't say it's 3 star hotel.

The location is excellent for access to the whole of the seafront and Old Town. The room was very very nice, a budget twin room that was very comfortable for sleeping having air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent everyday, we enjoyed the fruit salads and also the hot fried items on offer. Sets you up for the whole day!

The pool area was good with the exception of the type of floor tile/paint. It was very slippery when wet and I thought a bit dangerous for us older generations. A nice area though to spend an afternoon if you are careful.
