Motel 6 Elk City, Ok

Staff was nice. Price was good.

The halls smelled like urine. The mirror had fingerprints on it and the towels seemed really old and discolored.

Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel.

Not one thing horrible experience all the way around.

Everything horrible , people on dope , facilities were gross , run down, people fighting and screaming all night no sleep for me or my kids.

After checking in, I immediately went to the room. When I turned on the bathroom light, 4 or 5 roaches were crawling around the sink and vanity. I got a refund and left the motel. Thank goodness I hadn't moved by bags in yet.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to like anything about the property.

I didn’t like the room at all. they’re was broken baseboards everywhere (very unsafe). The air filters were extremely dirty. There was a water leak im the bathroom. There was no wifi when they advertised free wifi. The bed sheets where filthy, when i asked if we can get new bed sheets, she told me they didn’t have extra. I explained to her my sheets where filthy and was told there is a walmart around the corner. The towels where also disgusting. They all had stains. i asked for more towel and received more dirty towels. The room was also filled with roaches. We asked if we can switch rooms and was told no because we had already been in the room for two days. We had to buy are own raid, Because the office didn’t provide any. the experience overall was very unpleasant. we stayed for 8 days in this hotel with no solution to any of these problems.

Front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was a little outdated but comfortable. My only problem I had with my stay were the roaches!! I didn't think it would make any difference if I informed the front desk about the infestation. I was there for only one night and I left really early the next morning. But I'm sure property manager and owner knows of the problems that exist that hotel.

Staff were inviting.

The entire facility wreaked of cigarette smoke, despite getting a non smoking room. The smoking rooms are directly across the hall way??!?!

Miss Debbie at the desk was very nice and helpful.

You had to slam shoulder against the door to get it unstuck to even open. Hair in tub dirty sink and roaches.
