Motel 6 Elk City, Ok

This is why it was $51 nothing special. A place to sleep. Very outdated. It’s ok

It was convenient. The ADA room was close to outside door.

The outside door lock was missing. ADA facilities were not accessible for anyone with a large mobility walker, or a wheelchair. The bathroom REALLY needs work.

The location is easy to get to. The staff is kind and courteous. The room is spacious and clean.

Burn holes and stains in bed spreads. Non stop running plumbing sounds all night in bathroom. Cockroach on night stand when light turned on in the middle of the night. Mattress hard and very uncomfortable. I checked out at 0300 because I couldn’t sleep in those conditions.

The room was dirty and dead roaches all over the floor with cheerios. The bathroom smelled like mold and dampened.

Room was clean but bed cover had holes. The lobby and halls smelled of cigar smoke and lobby area smelled of marijuana constantly. The halls looked dirty and the hall ceilings had water damage. Booked a non smoking room but could still smell smoke either from next door or halls. Walls are thin and could hear and literally feel the bumps from wall against our bed. There’s a sign in the lobby that says no refunds or else I would’ve stayed somewhere else, good thing it was a one night stay.

We broke down about 20 miles from this town. We were hot and tired and so sad. Debbie and her crew made everything perfect. I cannot rave enough about her and the rest of the folks at this motel. The room is a better one for Motel 6. Not perfect, but I love that I can bring my Chihuahua's. I am so thankful for these people. I will definitely stay here in the future

An older property with a customer focus like it should be. They have restored this place best they can to be a nice place. its older but everything is in working order & it could not feel more like home. GM remembers her guests from year to year. She is very customer focused & you can tell she has hired employees that do the same. Every time they see you they speak & ask f there is anything you need. Everything is clean & in good order. I will be back next year. They also LOVE the dogs.

Staff very pleasant and very helpful. This was not a pleasure trip unfortunately. Everything good thanks
