Posto eccellente, personale gentile ed efficiente. Pulizia impeccabile

Le site informait que "toutes les chambres étaient équipées d'un balcon privatif" ce qui est faux. Etant fumeurs nous aurions bien apprécié un espace au lieu de devoir sortir à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Etablissement relativement vieillot, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas spécialement varié. MAIS le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute

Se scelgo un 4 stelle e per avere più confort, nel soggiorno di due notti ho dovuto chiedere ben 4 volte di rieccendere i termosifoni di cui una volta alle 3 di notte la stanza era sempre sui 17 gradi in più l’acqua calda di notte la tolgono. Credo non ci sia altro da dire che a mai più..

La struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere rapidamente il centro e la tangenziale. E' inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Molto verde, ricco di vegetazione. Parcheggio molto ampio. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e professionale durante le operazioni di accettazione, ristorante e colazione. La camera era piuttosto confortevole e spaziosa. Il mobilio e lo stile non è affatto moderno ma questo non ha influito sul benessere del soggiorno. Il ristorante era disponibile con un menù discreto; mi sarei aspettato un po' di meglio. La colazione a buffet normale senza eccessi o particolari degni di nota.

Het hotel is buiten het drukke Catania gelegen, op de flanken van de Etna. Voordeel: stille omgeving, nadeel: men heeft een auto nodig en er is niets te beleven of te bekijken in de buurt. De inrichting van het hotel is wel verouderd, stijl 1960. De badkamer was wel vernieuwd en helemaal OK, beter dan bij sommige duurdere hotels. Ontbijt: een buffet met voldoende keuze, en appelsienen om zelf fruitsap te persen. Het brood was niet fantastisch (nergens in Sicilië) Parking: gratis, op het terrein van het hotel.

O check-in não foi imediato, chegamos alguns minutos antes do horário estipulado, foi-nos indicado um restaurante nas proximidades para utilizarmos o W.C (não havia na recepção). Quarto simples, com uma varanda simpática. O acesso à praia é até perigoso, apesar de ser praticamente uma praia particular (bem em frente ao hotel)não existem degraus na mureta, foi colocada uma cadeira quebrada em substituição para quem queria acessar a areia.

Location of the hotel insists that you have a car to move around. It is impossible to find sufficient information on the public transport. Taxi from airport costs ~45 euros (hotel provides also this service). The hotel interior is a bit dated, but it is clean and it doesn't bother much. Service at the reception and bar was excellent. We arrived hungry later afternoon and we got hot sandwiches and some cookies.It was very nice and welcoming.Regarding the restaurant-the prices vs quality is not very good. Pricy meals,but bigger excpectation on taste. We ate dinner 2 times and payd total~100 euros for 2persons. The other negative issue was the TV. For 4*hotel there should be some english langugage channels. At the reception we were told that there are some, but they kept changing location and were very difficult to find. No news channels though. At the room was no information at all regarding channel list. TV itself was big enough size. I understand that when you are on vacation and are spending most of the days at the pool swimming and sun-bathing then the TV has no importance. Unfortunately, we stayed at the hotel total 4 days but on 3 of them rained. No other activities could be found at the hotel -billiard table or book shelf or board games, even no english language newspapers or magazines. The bed mattress was worn out and after few nights backs hurt.We asked them to book us an Etna tour and this was great. They made the call, arranged everything and it went smoothly.

Old but comfortable. The pool in the garden hotel is tops. The service however is unique due to authentic Italian owners. Close to Catania and mount Etna I'd recommend staying here. Oh - food and coffee are spectacular.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Avec une piscine très agréable.
