"Never Again"

Everything was okay until I checked out. I sat in the lobby area to do some work and charge my phone before heading to the airport. This shouldn’t be an issue given I am a paying customer and wasn’t disruptive. I got my work done and called an uber afterwards. A black lady with bob locs then rudely approached me stating I had to leave the property. She caused an unnecessary scene and was extremely unprofessional. I won’t be returning and will stick to going to the Embassy Suites. Their breakfast is actually edible with friendly staff.

This hotel’s was horrible The room smells The sheets we itchy I stayed there for only two hours when I booked for three days I had to checkout And they still charged me for a whole night

The room was mostly clean, but the floor felt sticky in the area in front of the refrigerator. My son and I kept our shoes on most of the time we were in the room because of that.

Nice stay, hotel is older but updated, room was spacious (king suite), helpful staff at front desk. Breakfast could have been better, low level, service there was lacking, not enough tables for all the guests. Overall nice stay, would stay again. Convenient to Stonehill College 8 mins drive.

We've stayed in other hotels in the area. The Country Inn was by far the best. Very clean,safe and comfortable. Beautiful entry and stairway. Great breakfast with lots of options available. Highly recommend The Country Inn in Brockton,MA
