Best Western Plus Atrium Inn

The breakfast was very good.

Too close to the interstate.

Room smelled like pee, AC didn't work half the time, sheets and comforter had stains, saw a roach crawling on the floor near the bathroom. I could go on and on. Won't be staying here again.

Отличный завтрак, комфортная температура в бассейне зимой, горячий джакузи, приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Не смотря на то, что возле дороги, шума не было слышно. В 15 минутах от пещер и в 25 минутах от центра Сан Антонио. Чисто.

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, а просто нужно обратить внимание. Растения возле бассейна требуют ухода, подвесные кашпо совсем засохли. Лифт не работал, но мы были на втором этаже и это не было большой проблемой.

Good access to location. Not too crowded. Quiet and in good order

Interior decor is somewhat dated. Staff are helpful but distant.

The check in person was extremely rude and he double charged me. I had ants in my restroom. I also had the most humid room possible. I couldn’t sleep so I decided to make my stay shorter.

The AC didn’t work it was really hot

I loved the Atrium indoor pool and hot tub I celebrated my birthday and my kids said, “Mama wouldn’t it be fun if we could take you swimming”? So I said “You can”! The pool was nice and clean you could smell the chlorine Bd it stayed open late😍

The housekeepers get pushy and put a huge blue basket in front of your door when they think you are staying too long. I extended another day and every time I went back to get more things out of the first room to move to the new room a huge basket was obstructing my path and I couldn’t even get to the door let alone e open if.
