AQUA Hotel Aquamarina & Spa

Hotel has nightly entertainment for kids. Pool is beautiful wish we could have used it too cold. Wish the jacuzzi was heated. Only had pay laundry services. Could of had some usb charging in the rooms. The shower/tub was half glass so when taking a shower water would go everywhere. Lastly wish there were small was cloths.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly, we arrived late, 20 past 9 at night after a nightmare journey and as soon as we stepped foot inside they stored our bags behind the desk and let us into dinner 10 minutes before it closed so we could finally sit down and eat and relax They were always on hand and always incredibly quick service, we'd go up for desert and return a few minutes later to find our dinner plates gone and for off season they still had a good selection of food and new foods every night However we found that every night even going early the food was always Luke warm although they did provide a microwave which did the job and the food labeling was poor overall, the room was very nice although did not contain a bath and the bed moved and squeaked everytime you even looked at it. The room also said it came with mountain views whereas it was a beach which was lovely, room service was always prompt and accommodating and although parts of the hotel were in need of repair the majority was very nice, clean and comfortable, we even got free cans of Pepsi in the mini fridge, the whole floor was also a wet room which helped hugely with a open shower, plenty of closest space and storage and a fantastic view

Very cousy Spa center,great atmosphere in hotel,big area for sunbeds,every day different events.

We had a excellent time in this hotel. Great assortment of food, large hotel. Reception staff Robert from Holland was excellent. We recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Facilities excellent and all staff very helpful. I have coeliac disease and restaurant staff were excellent providing bread and special toaster. Manager walked around with me at dinner to advise which foods were safe! Food was excellent

The BEST hotel in Santa Sussana !!!

fourth stay at this hotel. This time we had a basic room, although small ish it was fine for the amount of time we spent in it. The lady when we checked in was very helpful in that we did not want the room we had been allocated as it was on the side of the hotel looking directly at neighbouring hotel balconies. She found us a room at the back over looking the hills. The bar staff were fab but my main gripe this visit was the entertainment, in my opinion had really worsened. The absence of the most of the entertainment team from last year was disappointing. The new set were nowhere near as good as previously. The shows were lack lustre. Apart from that a good stay again.

Just come back from staying here at this superb hotel would totally enjoyed our stay great family hotel with children of all ages .. Where your single .. Couple . Or just looking for a nice jet away .. Every thing on your door step ., day an night .. I'd stay there agin .. Totally recommend this hotel in Santa Susanna ..
