Most aspects apart from the restaurant food. Quite poor. But the breakfast was great.

The location as it was surrounded by tacky Chinese massage parlours.

The location is amazing, very close to public transport and city centre and promenade

I didn’t like that there is no kettle in the hotel room and the hair dryer was very old. Some things in hotel you can see are very used and not being maintained properly, but otherwise it was okey
