Hotel Artmadams

Very spacious room, two full bathrooms. The overall hotel design is unique, artistic.

Super uitgebreid ontbijt; ook met Mallorcaanse specialiteiten, vers fruit, en heerlijke zoetigheden. Ruime kamers. Prachtig jaren 30 gebouw. Heel veel kunst in het gebouw. Mooi terras. Bushalte

Very cute and unusual hotel. Art everywhere, although nothing at all in the room. The room was spacious, had a fridge, tv and a big bathroom, double sinks and even a bidet! Close to the promenade along the sea and yacht harbour. It is about 20 min walk to the cathedral. There is a parking garage, the hotel gives a special rate of €15.

The sound proofing was non existent. We stayed in a room close to the open spaced staircase, the restaurant/bar was a floor beneath our room and it was very loud. We heard plates and glasses clinking non stop, people talking, music, etc. luckily the bar closed at 11pm, but the noise went on until 11:30pm. Too bad as we had an early flight and had to get up very early.

L’insonorisation de la porte de la chambre est inexistante. On entend absolument tout : le personnel, le restaurant ainsi que les voyageurs dans le couloir. Il y a du bruit toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil impossible.

The staff at the reception was not very fresh: not shaven, holes in t-shirt, no proper attire in my opinion. Bathroom had been cleaned but there was plenty of long black hair from the previous occupant. All but one soap dispensers were clogged. Had a drink on their terrace, seats were dirty, the benches smelled moist and need cleaning. Mattress was way too soft to be comfortable.
