Great trip and good accommodation with staff that catered to our needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable about local area in which some useful advise were tendered. Room was clean everyday with towel change. Breakfast offered a huge choice and was always lively with staffs who tendered to our needs.

Gode ting: god service i receptionen, fint poolområde, fin morgenmad, hotellet generelt og tæt på stranden. Dårlige ting: dårlig service i resturant, kedelig aftensmad, meget larm (byggeri rundt om hotellet), vice-vært renser pool midt på dagen (hvor man gerne vil bruge den) og noget personale låste sig en aften ind på vores værelse efter kun ét bank, da de skulle tjekke noget på badeværelset (underlig opførsel). En sidste ting er, at de gør værelserne rene selvom man sætter rødt skilt på (nej tak).

Var en okay ophold, hotellet var en anelse slidt og aftensmaden er kun spiselig. Morgenmaden er helt ok.

Room given overlooking run down apartment block balcony was small and filthy.this is not the first time we have had the poorer rooms in a hotel when booking with expedia.

The hotel is in a good location but that's about it. It would have been nice to have known about the extra charges such as the "environment tax" and I don't think the hotel was completely honest when it came to its wifi policy. Their website indicates that the wifi is only an extra charge for using in your room and not the rest of the hotel, however when I mentioned this after being told about the wifi charges the receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders and said this is the case for all hotels in Majorca (which didn't seem that relevant to me). What was funniest was that the hotel wifi appeared to block their own website so guests couldn't confirm this. One more thing with the room is that it would have been nice to have a double bed instead of two singles bed that were not particularly stable, I fell down the middle of the beds a few times. Overall we stayed in the hotel for a good price but at times I felt like we were being taken a bit for granted. It's a beautiful island but I'm undecided if I would return.

The hotel was clean, airy and staff were obliging. The restaurant was clean and offered a wide range of food so that even the fussiest of eaters would be able to find something suitable to eat, including fresh fruit and salad with every meal. The range of food served at breakfast also included cooked bacon and eggs as well as cereals, toast, cold meats and cheese, yoghurts, fresh fruit and pastries. The pool area was clean. Overall good value. Nice place to stay.
