Rooms were clean and breakfast was your typical fare. Since it was graduation weekend in Hays, many of the hotels were completely booked. We had no problems except for the noise...lots of hallway traffic and conversation, and doors slamming. But, I guess that's to be expected in a "sold out" situation. Interactions with staff were positive and very polite.

I honestly don't understand why this place has good reviews. When I walked into the room, I felt embarrassed that I booked this room for myself and my family. The hotel smelled like urine. The room itself smelled musty, had dead bugs on the floor, black mold visible from the carpet peeling back from the baseboard. It was not worth the $163 that I paid. Will not recommend or stay there again.
