Je tiens à dénoncer le comportement scandaleux des deux agents de sécurité du Night Club Factory. Ces individus demandent systématiquement de l'argent aux clients pour les laisser entrer, comme s'il s'agissait d'un droit d'accès parallèle. Lorsqu'un client refuse de leur verser de l'argent, ils deviennent agressifs, irrespectueux et n'hésitent pas à proférer des insultes et des propos déplacés. Ce comportement est inacceptable, relève de l'arnaque et porte gravement atteinte à l'image et à la réputation de l'établissement. Vraiment un service zéro 👌👌👌👌👌

Chambre super. service super. Nous sommes très content de la chambre. Lits un peu dur mais peut-être cela vient il de nos habitudes à nous.

Service de serviettes compliqué. On aurait dù apporter les nôtres. Pas très grave
