Animation soirée marocaine pour le dîner. Vue mer, entretien des jardins. Personnel de réception et bagagistes.

Petit déjeuner non digne d’un 4*marocain-struct minimum, jus imbuvables, pas de spécialités marocaines (crêpes harcha, sfenj, baghrir…). Chambres vétustes. Espaces communs en travaux. Aucun transat dispo, piscine bondée. Pas de dispo de la chambre malgré validation d’une arrivée plus tôt. Hôtel pour touristes étrangers qui ne recherchent pas le côté traditionnel du pays. Animations Fram à la piscine irrespectueuses. Le striptease en journée avec enfants et clients musulmans c’est très petit. Globalement beaucoup trop cher pour ce que cela vaut.

L' emplacement: proche de la plage, la diversité des choix pour les repas, le prêt des serviettes sans caution, le personnel sympathique/ accueillant, souriant et professionnel.

Manque 1 étagère au moins pour déposer nos produits de toilettes dans la douche, manque 1 brosse pour nettoyer la cuvette des toilettes si besoin, manque au moins 1 support pour serviette, système d' allumage des lumières compliquer, Télévision qui s'allume seule en plein milieu de la nuit même après l'intervention d'un technicien, Et le pire le bruit: le claquage des portes des chambres à voir
