Belfast Harbor Inn

Would have preferred a buffet style breakfast layout.

Breakfast is very good, looking out at the ocean. Location is an easy drive to excellent restaurants within two miles.

Having to leave...

Overall a nice experience at the Inn. It's exceptionally clean everywhere, and the staff are super nice and hard working. On the downside, breakfast is a huge disappointment (this is not the place, if you're expecting the standard hearty buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown or other potato, pancake/waffle, etc.). But you can get a hard boiled egg, a small quiche, muffin etc. And it's not self-serve, you have to individually order a measured portion at a window. And their menu does not change day-to-day. Their gluten-free/dairy free option is laughable (egg/orange). Noticeable road noise at night (even on the side opposite the road). Internet reception has been spotty (2mbps).

The staff, the room and the breakfast were all good. Make sure to get your room over looking the bay.0

I paid $40 extra to look at a beautiful view and not the parking lot.

Tolle Aussicht aus dem Hotel (beim frühstücken oder ggf. Aus dem Zimmer aufs Meer). Ruhige Lage und in zwei Minuten direkt zu Fuß am Meer.

Our room was perfect water view nice and quiet. Breakfast is out standing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
