The condo fit our needs perfectly. I was pleased with the comfort of the beds, the whole environment of the pool, nearness of the beach, local flavor of the restaurants all added to a family memory and experience.

Lovely small condo complex. Quiet and across from Gulf. Nice pools. Small jacuzzi and one elevator out nearest unit, but a wonderful place to relax.

"Amazing Condo"

The condo came with an amazing beach view. The room was very organized and well maintained. It felt new and very homely. The kitchen even included utensils. The owner was extremely courteous and went out of the way to accommodate us with all our needs. Overall, very highly recommended!

"Beware. Old Building sold as Luxury"

- This Maravilla resort building is falling apart. The floors in the building were chipped and stained all over. Electrical outlets exposed and even the one working elevator with very sensitive buttons. - This is a very old condo complex and not luxury by any means. They charge luxury condo prices. When we arrived the elevator was not working. We were told this was down for several weeks and would take a major replacement to get it going. Our side of the stairs were closed for the week we stayed. So image our young family walking all the way to the end of the condo to get to our location walking through the dungeon. This place felt old, filthy and smelly. There is not safe way to get to the side walk. You have to walk through the major drive way and good luck to not get run over. - Randy kept asking us what he can do to make things better but it was not in Randy’s hand. Wifii was terrible. This condo complex is inhabitable. We have stayed at the portofinos in florida and these are not even close to luxury
