The Front desk staff that checked me in were professional friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub spa were clean and quiet while I used them.

"Disappointing"

The hotel is dated! The upholstery on the sofa is stained. Rugs are dirty. This place needs a refresh. Air conditioner was very loud. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, grout was broken and toilet needs to be replaced and or repaired. Coffee pot should be replaced. Pillows and bedding awful. GFI had to be reset every time we wanted to make coffee.

"Very dissatisfying"

Hot tub was broken upon arrival. Indoor pool was not heated. Was supposed to have a king size suite. Wound up with a queen size bed. TVs kept going in and out. Remotes did not work properly. Mold was found in the kitchenette. General manager Bob was very rude and dismissal.

Attitude of manager. Pool facilities working as stated.
