"Easy access, clean, good staff, modern, quiet."

It is at a skytrain station, so faster to get there than waiting for a hotel shuttle. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quite modern. Quiet.

Kind of expensive for what you got, but Vancouver Airport hotels are expensive in the summer, and this one was a bit cheaper than the average.

free upgrade, friendly staff at réception and room service

Staff at loundge restaurant the chairman's room was rude and unfriendly: first I didn't feel welcome but a disturbance of her day; I only asked to sit outside and that gets her into swearing 'jesus' stating it's rainning outside but was an acceptable partly sunny day. It was an asian looking lady with a Philippines accent. Really don't like my experience.
