The size of the room was large, but truly that’s the only good thing.

When you first enter the building it smells like weed. The gentleman working the front asked if we wanted to see the room first which I thought was weird. I asked him is it not the room I booked online that had already provided pictures. He said it was the same room, so we checked in. When we were walking to our room, the building was very dirty and rundown. When we finally got to our room, the door was already open. They said they left it open because it had just been cleaned but I’ve never stayed at a place where they just leave the doors open for anyone to enter. The fire detector was hanging from the wall, the comforter had a stain, the airing unit had dangling parts, and the room was just dirty not like the photos at all.

Breakfast was good but left wondering cleanliness of meals prepared seeing the rest of the hotel. Friendly service but slow, as they were tending to many other duties.

Ice buckets located in each room, but there is no ice machine. Hallways and storage rooms dirty, spills on lobby floor, carpets and elevator, bedspread had makeup stain from previous occupant. Carpet had tears in many places throughout the hotel

Room was spacious.

Sockets next to the bed did not work.

Nothing

Everything Didn’t even stay at the property due to how filthy the place was. Stains all over the room from the carpet to the lamp shades. False description, the facility looks absolutely nothing like the photos online. Don’t recommend nobody staying here especially if you have kids with you. Hallways filled with weed smell from the time you get off the elevator. Didn’t feel safe bringing my family here had to cancel and refund my money back and book somewhere else

I had been at the airport trying to rent a vehicle none were available I had no reservation after returning from Nigeria. I waited several hours until my phone charged and found my luggage that was wrapped in plastic cause immigration went through my things. I made a reservation with Enterpise that was over an hour away , got stuck in traffic jam. Once my Uber driver Klement got me to Enterprise they stated cause of my out of state license I had to have $600 on my card for cost of rental and deposit . My Uber driver drove me over an hour for them to tell me that . I’d been on a plane since dec8 and arrived dec9 and my uber helped me by checking and calling hotels and allowed me to use his charger. There was a hotel across the street and I went there. I was so grateful for this place the worker was polite and welcoming and also helped me with charging my device cause I have the wrong charger . God is good and I’m grateful for his angels . Always there when I need you.
