Location, easy walking distance to everything. Great price which included FREE onsite parking which was a real bonus. Clean apartment, easy to use code to unlock door. Very comfy bed.

Facilities are modern and clean, staff are lovely and helpful any time I have needed to contact them. Carparking is easy and the location is perfect to get to the train or to stay around in South Yarra.

Location, deco, clean and tidy and parking included.

Noise from train and some construction or garbage connection at 5am - didn’t get much sleep. Don’t think glasses are double glazed

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell am Bahnhof von South Yarra und in der Innenstadt. Es gibt aber auch Geschäfte, Restaurants usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und war sauber und gut gepflegt. Man kann direkt dort im Hof parken, das war uns auch wichtig.

Wie in der Großstadt zu erwarten, ist es nicht ganz ruhig und man hört die Züge schon, die in der Nähe fahren. Damit kann man aber gut leben, es hat ja auch Vorteile, siehe oben : )
