"Très bon séjour!"

La résidence est idéalement située. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup d'activités sans aller trop loin! La piscine avec les toboggans était vraiment top mais nécessiterait une surveillance. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute!

La propreté du logement n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous avons passé le séjour avec des couvertures sales (j'étais tellement persuadée que tout était lavé que j'ai pensé que l'odeur était due à un produit d'hygiène ou un problème de séchage). Attention si vous avez des enfants en bas âge: notre maisonnette n'était pas adaptée notamment la terrasse.

"L’Ardèche est toujours une belle destination, mais je pense que la prochaine fois nous ferons différemment"

Terrasse privative

Logement très petit, et le manque de matériel pour le nombre de personne. 3 bols pour 5 c’est limite. Nous avions demandé à la réception mais plus de bols dispo. Du coup nous prenions les petits déjeuner à l’extérieur

Super accueil, les piscines au top

Les appartements sont très petits, le nôtre était plus cracra pour selon qu'on était les premiers de la saison. Les éléments cuisines délabrés+++

Le personnel du snack ! Ils étaient tous top😊

Les logements sont vieux et mériteraient un coup de rénovation. La piscine a un revêtement très abrasif qui blesse les pieds (mes enfants et moi avons eu les orteils en sang ☹️)

"Bon séjour mais résidence vieillissante et mal entretenue"

L emplacement de la résidence et l’espace aquatique propre .

Manque de rigueur : il manquait un balai ,un tancarville,un ménage mal fait et une plaque de cuisson défectueuse. Les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas en bon état comme le sol ,rambardes cassées ..
