"Convenient, clean and reasonable family residence"

An interesting apartment with good facilities for the price, and overlooking swimming pool - no traffic noise! Would be plenty of room for a family with up to four children. Quiet, clean, on first floor, and nice neighbours. The residence is well run, and the maintenance is good - staff are always willing to help. The lighting could do with a bit of an uplift, and switches are rather strangely located! The bath is not for a tall person! Grocery shops only a couple of minutes away and it's possible to park free in the road though spaces are limited. The beach is only about 10 minutes away and the touristy part of St Maxime 15 minutes' walk. A safe area,

"Great location"

Great location just off the corniche and base for travelling around the area. Bit over the top with the provencale decor but fine for what we wanted.
