Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club

The location is great and the hotel is quite comfortable. Breakfast is also good.

My room looks quite old and could benefit from some maintenance or upgrade work.

Our room was well equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and there was even a fan to use when it got a bit too warm. The views from our room and around the entire property were breathtaking. The golf course was beautiful and all the staff were kind, helpful and informative. The food was exquisite. We ate in the a la carte on our first night, and then had room service delivered from the bar on our second night. Both meals were delicious. We took advantage of access to the pool facilities and were lucky to be mostly alone the few times we went. Breakfast was delicious with options for myself and my partner. Where he prefers a cooked breakfast, I much prefer a continental and we were glad to have both been satisfied with the options available. Before we left, we visited the golf shop and bought some souvenirs for our family members.

The only addition we mentioned was the possibility of dimmable lamps in the bedroom but it didn’t at all affect our thoughts on the property. We will certainly be back.

On arrival reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The whole place needs to be updated. All the furniture looks worn. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. We didn't sleep at all. There are also no coffee making facilities in the room, and at the price they charge for a room, you'd expect to have that facility. Breakfast was a buffet. The hot food was nowhere near hot, not even warm, very disappointing. Definitely won't be returning.
