Hotel is a 3 star and could quite easily become a 4. Location and building is great. The bedrooms are in much need of a refurbishment. Cleaners and staff were great. Breakfast variety range could do with being expanded.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke outside my room + charging for safes in the room.
