Staff were superb , location excellent a 10minute walk to Ancient Town.

Facilities were good except the bathtub leaked which is not a big deal for us but I did inform them and they apologised and sent maintenance to take a look but we were checking out the next day so we didn’t bother. If guests have problems with climbing two flight of stairs asked for rooms higher than 2nd floor. First floor is ground floor fyi .

The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations on which tours to do and how to spend our time best in Hoi An. The pool was also a great addition as it was very hot in Hoi An when we visited, so it was nice to have the pool to cool down in.
