Super endroit, très bien placé. Lit très confortable À la réception les 2 dames étaient supers gentilles et très souriantes

Good location, friendly staff

Very noisy until late at night. Power was out for the morning so no air conditioning, no wifi etc.

The staff was nice.

I specifically wanted to have an air conditioner and it didn't work properly. When I told the employees this, they told me that the air conditioner was fine, even though clearly the air conditioner didn't work well. They did bring me a fan. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. The next day I asked for a check out. I was on the second floor and the walls were so thin that I could hear all the noise of the lobby. All in all, a bad experience.

Discusión previa a la llegada bastante desgastante y larga para conseguir una habitación con ventana (luz y ventilación natural), algo que debería darse por garantizado. Finalmente habitación que estaba en fase de remodelación y la entregaron un poquito sucia. El edificio contaba con otras habitaciones de categoría similar en mucho mejor situación, orientación y estado que quedaron disponibles y podrían haber ofrecido al cliente.

Staff were superb , location excellent a 10minute walk to Ancient Town.

Facilities were good except the bathtub leaked which is not a big deal for us but I did inform them and they apologised and sent maintenance to take a look but we were checking out the next day so we didn’t bother. If guests have problems with climbing two flight of stairs asked for rooms higher than 2nd floor. First floor is ground floor fyi .
