The area the hotel was in.

The staff, the room was dirty when I arrived for check in, had to get a different room. Issue with them over charging me with multiple hold on my credit card. I had to get my bank on the phone to confirm that my purchase for the room went through while they had 3 additional holds on my credit card. It made me really uncomfortable and anxious, I wasn't even able to enjoy my stay in peace. Wifi wasnt stable and my TV cable didnt work.

Breakfast was okay some good options.

Could have been cleaner. The top blanket on the bed as soon as we got in I noticed there was some loose long black hairs on it like if it was washed at all. Few stains on the bed sheet. I brought my own blankets to put on top after seeing that. The door also looked like it did not close right all the way like it has been busted in before, a little ghetto. Staff could have been a little nicer and welcoming when we first walked in there was two cigarettes just there on the front desk area when it claims to be a non-smoking property inside also smelled a bit like cigarettes throughout there.
