Das Restaurant und der Saunabereich

Die ganze Nacht ein sehr störendes Ventilator Geräusch einen vernünftigen Schlaf unmöglich gemacht. Kann ja mal passieren... Allerdings war die Reaktion auf unsere höfliche Beschwerde im Rahmen des Checkout sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Da kam noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Schade...
