"Betreiberwechsel steht an"

Lage zum Stadion ist wirklich sehr gut

Das Hotel hat durch den erneuten Betreiberwechsel erneut an Qualität verloren. Die aufgerufenen Preise, 175 Euro pro Nacht-Buchung 5 Monate vorher, sind für die gebotene Leistung maßlos übertrieben, vor allem für ein 4 Sterne Plus Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und das Personal unterbesetzt und nicht aufmerksam. Beispielsweise musste ich vier Mal nach einer zweiten Decke fragen (wir sind zu zweit gereist) und musste sie mir schlussendlich selbst an der Rezeption abholen. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es nur auf Anfrage bis 8 Uhr. Das Frühstück hat auch stark nachgelassen und musste direkt danach bezahlt werden. Wir hatten es zunächst nicht mitgebucht. Die Qualität war entsprechend schlecht und die Produkte billig.

Top Lage , freundliches Personal

Zimmer waren fertig und trotzdem mussten wir 20€ extra bezahlen um 90 Minuten früher ins Zimmer zu dürfen . Ist das erste Mal das ich das in einem Hotel machen musste !

"Vi hadde et fint opphold og er fornøyde"

Stort og fint rom med god seng. God frokost og fine fasiliteter. Spiste middag flere dager i restauranten.

Beliggenheten er litt utenfor alt annet, så du bør ha bil eller ta taxi for å komme deg rundt.

Der Sicherheitsdienst nach dem Schalke Spiel hat die Hotelgäste nicht ins Hotel gelassen. Das ist ein absolutes "NoGo" und sollte und müsste anders geregelt werden.
