Emerald Shores Resort

Went to check in our room was ready hour and a half before check-in he would not let us in. He wanted to charge us $40 even though our room was ready.

Facility was severely Outdated. The bathroom was horrendously dirty and smelled like cat urine! the mattress was very old and worn and sagged severe in the middle.the furniture in the lobby and in our room was badly stained and I would not use it.The staff at the front desk were pleasant and tried to be helpful. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but people were smoking cigarettes/marijuana out on their balconies, so unable to use ours very much. The pool was decent , but the surrounding areas need paint, and cleaned and updated. Parking as good and secured. Breakfast included but very limited .

Clean, lovely views, friendly staff

Fine place to stay for one night. Old and slightly dilapidated property. 1 roach and 2 carpet beetles found in room. Probably more I didn’t know about. Genuinely nothing to do here and the beach isn’t all that nice either.

Great,quite location

Front desk staff was very nice.... but she wouldn't let me fill up my small cooler for my medication. I need to live. Breakfast sucked very dark in the pool area. The bed was comfy and the room was kind of cool. But we did kill a couple cockroaches in our bathroom. The shower sucked, no fan and the shower head did not move. Yes, I'm tall not thier fault but still.

No cleaning was needed, but I had to ask for towels everyday.

I was very happy with the hotel. It was a great ocean view. Room was a King and it was nice and large with ocean View. My only issue was price as I was charged more then what I agreed to.

Great cheap stay right on the beach. We stayed so we could easily get to the sunrise in the morning. It’s nothing fancy but you can’t beat the price when you’re beach front
