"Nice resort 1/2 mile from best beach on island"

Beach only 1/2 a mile away - very easy access. Hotel itself was quiet as we went towards the end of the season but was nevertheless very pleasant

"Wonderful Hotel"

Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much effort. It is what it says on the tin, a lovely quiet location close to a couple of nice sandy beaches and local Taverna's. Swimming Pool and pool facilities also excellent. Rooms clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped.

"Really nice hotel"

Close to three beaches. Good amenities, could cook in your room if you wanted to. Lovely pool, if a little cold some days. Elizabeth at the pool food/bar really helpful and saved me sometimes as didn't find much veggie food in the tavernas.

"Quiet location, perfect for a relaxing holiday "

Immaculately kept grounds , very nice pool area which never seemed to be over-crowded, always available sunbeds. Few tavernas within walking distance and one of the best beaches on the island nearby

"Peace and tranquility."

Before we went to stay at Avithos we read all the reviews and were worried we might be the only ones to not appreciate the hotel.... we needn't have worried ! It is what everyone says. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff couldn't be more friendly and the hotel has a calm about it we hadn't experienced anywhere before. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday on a wonderful island, this is the choice.

"Another fab stay at the Avithos Resort!"

Our second stay and it was even better than we remembered. Very peaceful holiday, all immaculately and lovingly maintained with super staff. Everyone so friendly and keen to please. A model resort which sets a fine example in the hospitality business. We'll be returning!

"Lovely quiet relaxing hotel, close to two beaches "

"Nice apartment abond location"

We stayed here for 10 days and firstly the staff are very welcoming. Anything that you need or don't know how things work they were there straightaway. Also very helpful in organising trips and decent prices and recommendations for eating out too. Plus added bonus was the location. Walking distance to some amazing beaches. Lastly the place was well maintained. Rooms were cleaned everyday and you also got a feel of the local ambience. Would definitely go there again

"Ok but pricey."

They really need to have the AC on all the time. It gets way to hot in the room when you leave. Pool was nice. People working there were helpful. Expensive stay and food for the location. Should be about 80-90 euro a night.
