Hotel Villa Adriatica - Adults Only

Hotel bedrooms were good, cleanand spacious. However facilities not great. Advertised restaurant, spa facilities, shows pictures of outdoor area. Did not see evidence of any being used. Spa facilities were locked up. Outdoor bar shut which did not encourage anyone to use outdoor area. Sat outside once and ordered drinks from hotel reception. Drinks took over 15mins to come and even then did nit come out all together. A soft drink was old and discoloured. Hotel transfer poor. Includes ferry crossing where you are left to cart your luggage around the ferry as no transport aboard. Also when booking transfer was not told ferry tickets were an additional cost. Was told prior to visit that transfer quote was from airport to hotel and therefore tickets should have been included. Breakfast very basic. Never saw restaurant being used.

Stayed early June 2013. I had a superior sea view room which had good furniture & facilities. This hotel is terrific value & justifies the many positive comments other guests have made about it. In particular, the staff were brilliant - they couldn't have tried harder to make the stay enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble. I have never bothered doing a review before but have to say, from my very wide experience of hotels across the world, this should be at the top of the list if you want to stay in the area.

Hotel is in a good location but was not value for money. Towels had holes in them/average linen and beds. For a small investment the hotel could make big improvements. Staff very friendly and helpful but thought we were at Fawlty Towers at times! Overall we enjoyed our stay at Supertar but felt that Hotel Adriatic was below expectation.

The staff and management were extremely helpful and friendly. The room, pool and all hotel facilities were very clean. We didn't use the hotel breakfast facility so cannot comment on that. Not the cheapest in Supertar but nevertheless value for money.

OK hotel, very average but annoyingly put in the wrong room (above the bar and not what we paid for) then promised a transfer to the port for our ferry which never materialised - so had to walk. Greater attention to detail required - don't waste time with free welcome drinks and things that don't matter - just do what guests ask and pay for!

Lovely small hotel, really nice good size rooms, very friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from a small pebble beach and about 10 minutes into the main harbour where there are several restaurants serving excellent food. We visited in May, not everything was open at this time of year but it was still a great trip.

Great welcome- free drinks and helpful staff explained how the air con worked, gave us hand annotated maps with recommendations for restaurants. We has brought the wrong plug adapters; the hotel didn't have any and couldn't suggest where we could buy one on the island but one of the staff lent us 2 of own! Really convenient for the beach and supermarket; also bars and restaurants, but not so close that you would be bothered by the noise. Good buffet breakfast, but make sure you are there bu 9.30 am at the latest, as the selection of food decreases the later it gets!

The hotel was clean, well maintained and offered a good breakfast in the mornings. As a young couple, we didn't mind the nightly noises from a city like Supetar but for someone that has trouble sleeping with city noises, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is great, the service was great and personally I would stay at the hotel again. If they had fridges in the rooms I would even rate it at 4 stars!

Located just up from the beach and a short walk to town this pleasingly decorated hotel is a great pick in Supertar. The service set them apart however with friendly and efficient people at the ready to check you in or provide travel advice.
