Hotel Villa Klemm - Wiesbaden City

The staff is simply amazing. I arrived booking few days, then I extended my stay and invited also my family over. Amazing!

It has been cozy and comfortable like staying home. Friendly staff, quiet place, definitively worth for the money.

Some rooms might need a renovation

The pictures and reviews online portray this hotel as much nicer than in reality. It's fine, comfortable. But quite old and in need of a little maintenance and has clearly turned from what used to be a lovely boutique hotel into a budget offering. Fine, but not what was broadcast through the booking process.

Just the honesty of the experience to expect, based on the images and description of the rooms.

When we arrived, we were given the key to our room in the building next door, but the room was already occupied, as someone else’s belongings were still inside. The receptionist then gave us another room in the same building, but unfortunately that one had not been cleaned yet, with used towels and trash still there. We contacted reception again, and this time we were given a clean room in the main hotel building. It was noticeably bigger than the room we had originally booked, so it could be considered a complimentary upgrade. Overall, this experience was quite uncomfortable, although the reception staff were helpful and managed to resolve the situation.

Wunderschöne Villa mit toll eingerichteten Zimmern und supernetten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum und jeden Cent wert und auch der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Habe mich rundherum wohlgefühlt und würde immer wieder herkommen. War schon mal vor 9 Jahren hier und es war noch genauso toll wie in meiner Erinnerung.

Da gab es nichts.
