Management required a $50.00 Cash deposit Booked said reservation was paid in full receipt was emailed to Jules Moor Paid by American Express waiting in Lobby raining cold I was soak and wet had to change wet clothes for dry clothes in bathroom my guest she was complaining the entire time Management did not offer us breakfast or coffee or snacks

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Boiled eggs were kept in freezer. Not pure juice.
