Ermitage du Lac - Les Suites Tremblant

Coffee machine should be open all day for hot chocolate/coffee apri ski. And gym needs to be totally redone.

Gym needs a total makeover.

The room was big and very nice. The bathroom looked brand new and was very clean. The location was great. The staff were very polite and helpful.

They don't clean the rooms everyday, they only change the towels, so the room gets filled with little rocks that get stuck to your boot from the hotel entrance.

La chambre etait spacieuse, parfaite pour un sejour en famille avec des enfants (nous avions une suite) Endroit calme, Chaleureux Tres pratique avec les casiers à l'entree pour ranger ses affaires de ski

Pas de restaurant le soir La chambre n'a pas été correctement nettoyée, la personne en charge du nettoyage ne restait pas plus de 5 minutes

Beautiful location, rooms were huge, clean and lovely.
