For starts, staff was completely rude and dismissive towards me. Even when they made a mistake on giving me a bad key card. The people staying next door to me were so loud and I asked to be changed to a different room and was ignored. There was loud banging in my room coming from the walls so I couldn’t sleep. The people next door were making noises all night long so I had to suffer in my room and get poor sleep when I had a long day the next day. Was overall a bad experience and regret staying there.

"Sleeper bed springs"

Nice and clean but the sleeper bed was terrible. No padding, springs only. But they did give us a rollaway that was much better

Great stay for my family! Pool was great for kids and well stocked with towels and lots of available seating. Quick drive to Anaheim Angels game and convenient walk to Disneyland.

Friendly staff and beautiful establishment, very clean and the rooms were spacious with pretty much everything you need in it. Really enjoyed our stay there however, I was unaware of the $100 charge/hold per night until the day prior to checking in, that was an unexpected surprise. Other than that, 5 stars all around!

I wasn't allowed to check in, do too your lies. Know, I am out of $139 and I will be getting that back do to you refunding your mistake or I will bring up legal charges against your hotel. Horrible and very rude employees you have working the front counter. Very disrespectful, I do not appreciate being laughed at on the phone or in person.
