The location

Rooms need updating only 2 useable power sockets. Breakfast was poor. Puri Santrian is much better

Location and quality of room

No swim up bar (which was a priority when choosing your resort) but more importantly the fact that we were not advised of the impending works prior to our arrival. Out of courtesy we should have been given the opportunity to decide if this was still a suitable venue. I was also extremely unhappy with the service from Booking.com, the resolution of which is still pending. I have been unable to resolve the change to the booking despite getting confirmation from the resort and booking.com of a reduction of one night's accommodation. On arrival at the resort on 6th June, it was apparent that booking.com had not changed the booking as requested nor confirmed with the venue and to date I remain out of pocket for one night times 3 rooms which is now a priority concern to me. I have emailed and tried to call but communication with booking.com is almost impossible!!
