Great location, friendly staff. Great to have the hotels sun lounges available on the beach

We didn’t know the renovations were happening during our stay and would affect the front pool and swim up bar, disappointed not to have that available

Location is perfect. Food quality was great

I thought you could have another staff member at the egg station as there was some waiting. The toaster was also outdated and slow. The gym could do with somemore equipment

People put there towels on sun lounges all day and not in pool, menu was small

Lovely hotel with multiple pools breakfast great variety and well set up. Rooms lovely - special mention to housekeeping rooms were well cared for

My only constructive feedback would be to train pool bar staff up to be checking and getting orders in - I would have sat there all day but staff did not come to take an order from a pool bed.
