Close to where we like to be, breakfast good, rooms clean.

My husband and I had a deluxe room booked but did not get it, we were on the third floor and our friend who was alone got the ground floor and a bigger room. We did ask several times to be moved before we checked in due to my husband’s health problems but no good.

The room was a Delux. My friends who came with me were a distance from me. Breakfast was lovely and any meals I got.

We tried about 5 times to speak to reservations regarding our next stay on the 1st June. No one would help regarding the rooms. We have paid an excessive amount and required Delux rooms together on the ground floor due to one of my friends with heart problems and easier access. This was really annoying that no one would help us.

La situation, le personnel, le jardin, les piscines, le restaurant, la chambre, la propreté générale, la connexion wifi, l'architecture et la décoration typiquement balinaises font de cet établissement un hôtel excellent.

L'établissement rate de peu la note maximum en raison des abominables jus de fruits du breakfast servis dans des horribles gobelets en plastique et de l'eau à peine tiède de la douche.

The property had amazing friendly staff , great location and we loved the old school Balinese style

The only down side during our stay was noise from the beachside renovation which will be short lived as it is nearly finished
