"A lovely little Four star with a Five star heart."

All staff without exception, were delivering excellent customer service and always available to step in to help if needed. A smaller hotel with well kept faciities adjacent to a small stream and overlooking the sea-just a few metres way, The sea view rooms are awesome! Well worth upgrading. Very well suited for families with childen as lots of activities arranged for them (potential for happy noise!] Food was better than expecteds for only four star. Plentiful choices to suit most tastes, vegetatian , allergies etc and chef really focused in providing interesting and varied food beautifully presented.

Could be at times a little noisy- but people have to be allowed to enjoy themselves.

Great staff, clean, fantastic location. Great buffet. Comfortable rooms. Very accommodating staff with any requests.

Noisy in the morning at 6.30am coming from staff top floor.

Great food, lunch and dinners specially.

Air-conditioning was not working despite repeated requests. But opening the balcony door solved the issue. Heated indoor swimming pool had a strange smell

- Cordialità e affabilità delle receptionist e del personale - Mini disco e spettacolo del mago - Pulizia delle camere

- Pulizia degli spazi comuni: presenza dei gatti all’interno della struttura e sui tavoli esterni (sulle tovagliette dove poi si mangiava, ho letteralmente visto un gatto che perdeva del liquido dal naso sulla tovaglietta) - Cibo: terribile. Ho mangiato praticamente solo insalate e poco altro che sono riuscito a selezionare. Un po meglio i dolci e la colazione - Acqua troppo fredda della piscina interna: 29 gradi, troppo fredda perché un bambino piccolo ci possa nuotare

Personel bardzo uśmiechnięty i pomocny ,manager ,kierownik sali itd bardzo mili ,pomocni,uśmiechnięci,fajne występy wieczorem ,super jedzenie ,baseny ,pokoje ,fajny hotel,czuliśmy się jak u dobrych znajomych na wakacjach,a i jeszcze super joga i zabawy po kolacji dla dzieci z muzyką która zostaje w uchu na długo.
