No Breakfast, Dirty floors, Stiff, Stale Air smell and damaged and dangerous weak spot in the tub. I could step through it. I'm glad it was for only one night...Not Safe!

The room was clean, but there was a lot of peeling paint and wall boards coming undone. The staff on duty did their best, but there was a hassle about checking in. I came in and was told my room was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. There were many unoccupied rooms, so I requested one on the ground floor. The staff on duty called a manager who said no to giving me a ground floor room. I had to request my money back before the manager allowed me to have a different room. I find this unsatisfactory.

Bedbugs, property doubted the picture with time and date of the bed bug because they werent looking deep enough to see an active one for themselves until we had to point one out for them for them to believe us. After pointing out another spot of bed begs to Felicia who also lives there on property she took pictures and now claims to deny she seen them. ATTACHED IS PROOF THAT THERE IS BEDBUGS. FELICIA CAN STOP LYING FOR THE PROPERTY.
